Simshield Ultra X is a waterborne, elastomeric membrane designed for high-performance waterproofing and long-term façade
protection. Engineered with advanced breathability, it allows vapour transmission to prevent blistering, mould, and internal degradation — making it ideal for concrete and brick façades. Ultra X also meets the Klopfer Criterion, acting as an effective anti-carbonation barrier that safeguards structural concrete from CO2 ingress.
Applications:

suitable for use in the following scenarios:
