Optimum Prime is a two component epoxy sealer that combines the excellent adhesion and toughness of epoxy resins with the advantages of a water based formula.
Optimum Prime is formulated for use as both a positive and negative side moisture barrier, an abrasion resistant floor sealer and as surface primer for other Simseal waterproofing membranes
