SimPrime is a solvent-based primer that enhances the adhesion of MS Polymer sealants onto porous substrates (especially concrete). It is easy to apply, with good wetting properties, and can be used on damp
surfaces. It will improve the adhesion of the sealant on to the substrate and prevent migration of plasticizers onto the substrate.
