Simseal® Simflex Multibond is a versatile, single-component sealant crafted with advanced MS Polymer technology, offering strong adhesion to multiple surfaces including concrete. It’s permanently flexible once cured, with a ±50% movement capability, and boasts excellent UV and weather resistance, along with a matte finish.
