SIMFLEX FACADE High-Performance Advanced MS Sealant
Simseal® Simflex Facade, using cutting-edge MS Polymer tech, offers superb UV protection and weather resistance with a matte finish. It stays clean due to its low static charge, minimising dust attraction and streaking on claddings. Once cured, it’s permanently flexible with a ±50% movement capacity, making it perfect for composite panels and non-staining on various surfaces including natural stone.
