SIMFLEX 1 PLUS Low Modulus Polyurethane Joint Sealant
Simseal® Simflex 1 Plus is a low modulus, New Generation (Flex-IQ) polyurethane sealant, ideal for construction and expansion joints. Upon curing, it forms a tough, flexible, bubble-free seal that can handle +100%/-50% joint movement. It’s extremely elastic with over 1000% elongation at break and can be applied to damp substrates. This sealant, made in Australia, is easy to use,
sag-free, UV resistant, and paintable, with no hazard labels.
