Simseal® Natural Stone is a one-component, neutral cure silicone sealant known for its excellent adhesion to most exterior building materials without needing a primer. It’s a non-staining sealant that works well in all seasons, maintaining good gun workability. After curing, it remains flexible at both low (-50°C) and high
temperatures (150°C). While it adheres well to most substrates, a recommended primer is advised for certain
materials, including concrete, brick, and other porous substrates.
