Simseal® Level Mate 500 is a quick-setting, polymer-modified cementitious underlay designed for maximum flow without shrinkage or
cracking, suitable for application thicknesses from featheredge to 25mm. It’s ready for foot traffic in 2 to 3 hours and is a single component mix requiring only water. The product allows for very fast application in a single operation and is dimensionally stable with rapid curing. Level Mate 500 is ready to receive vinyl and timber flooring after 16 hours, and carpet and tile in 6 to 8
hours. It can also be directly applied onto prepared concrete surfaces.
