Simseal® Simfloor 3 in 1 combines adhesive, moisture control, and sound reduction in one, with advanced Thickness Control™ Spacer Technology for consistent application. It offers excellent sound insulation and can bridge cracks up to 3mm, while being environmentally friendly with zero VOCs. Additionally, it’s unrestricted by board size, includes anti-microbial protection, and is suitable for radiant heating systems, making it a versatile choice for flooring.

- Thickness Control™ Spacer Technology maintains the adhesive thickness between hardwood flooring and substrate
- Extremely low moisture vapour permeability
- Superior sound control typically outperforms 3mm rubber underlay
- Anti-fracture performance can bridge cracks up to 3mm
- Zero VOC (as calculated per SCAQMD Rule 1168)
- No restriction on board width or length
- Blockade® anti-microbial protection
