MS Hybrid Sealant

High performing hybrid sealant with no isocyanates or solvents is based on advanced MS Polymer technology. It is specially formulated for building, construction, industrial, automotive in all types of joint applications requiring a high strength performance. Excellent in UV, weather and temperature resistance.

100% Anti-fungal Sanitary Silicone
Our anti-fungal 100% silicone is a high quality, neutral curing silicone adhesive/sealant, containing anti-fungicide to prevent mould growth in hot and humid areas. It is ideal for sealing in bathrooms, kitchens, hotel washbasins, and shower screens etc.

100% Glass, Metal and Masonary Silicone
Metal & Masonry Sealant is a high performance neutral cure silicone sealant designed for a wide range of glazing, weather-sealing and Professional Trade Applications.

Weatherseal
High grade one-part neutral cure, 100% Uv stable, odourless and non-corrosive silicone designed for high demand application. Suitable for conventional glazing, weatherseal applications (non-sturtural glazing) and polycarbonate.

Gap Filler Sealant
Gap Filler is a flexible one-part water-based acrylic gap sealant. It can be used as both a sealant and adhesive that has excellent adhesion to plasterboard, cardboard, wood, cement sheets, etc.

Simseal SS100

We have just launched our new range of SS100 100% anti-fungal silicone. Our Silicone comes from Europe and we pack and fill here in Australia. The benefit our packing here in Australia is that we give our clients the maximum shelf life and we can deliver the silicone within 7 days to your warehouse.

SS100 100% Neutral Sanitary Sealant has excellent adhesion to glass, ceramics, aluminium, masonry, stone, concrete, most metals and many plastics. It may be used for general glazing and weatherproofing applications including wet areas and humid environments.

Simseal Glaze 100

Simseal GLAZE 100 Silicone Sealant is a 1 part 100% oxime, neutral curing adhesive/sealant. It is an easy-to-use silicone designed for general purpose glazing and sealing applications where long-term reliability is required. Weathering and UV resistance is excellent. It is unaffected by high and low temperatures and its superior physical properties are retained after many years of exposure.

Simseal GLAZE 100 Silicone Sealant has excellent adhesion to glass, ceramics, aluminium, GRP, granite, concrete, galvanised steel, and many plastics. It can be used for standard glazing of frames panels and shop fronts. Sealing environmental and refrigerated rooms, sheet metal, skylights, ventilators, and air-conditioning units. Assembly of metal/plastic signs. Weather proofing, and many other general glazing applications.

Sim-Flex Façade Hybrid

We have just launched our Hybrid Sim-Flex Façade and it’s one of the highest quality Hybrids you will find on the market. With the properties used in our Hybrid Polymer it allows it to have a 100% UV rating, outstanding durability, and a joint movement capability of 50%. This Hybrid Polymer has an elongation of 530% which allows it to have the movement capability of 50%. These are the selling points for the Sim-Flex Façade, it beats all the competitors with its joint movement capabilities and weather rating. The Sim-Flex Façade is a premium-grade sealant and is sourced from Kaneka Japan, where MS Polymer was originally founded.

Sim-Flex 25 MS Hybrid

Simseal Sim-Flex 25 Sealant is a general-purpose sealant based on advanced MS Polymer technology. It is a single-component elastomeric sealant with excellent adhesion property on various substrates like concrete. After curing, the sealant is permanently elastic and has a movement capability of 50%.

It is able to comply with the stringent requirements of ASTM C920 as well as the SCAQMD rule #1168 (Architectural Sealant) for low VOC. Unlike polyurethane sealants, Sim-Flex 25 is solvent-less and isocyanate-free; ensuring that the cured sealant will not shrink or have bubbling issues. It is also free of silicone oil, minimising building aesthetic issues caused by oil-staining and dirt-streaking problems often associated with silicone sealants.
